If accommodation is cancelled:

MORE than 14 days before arrival a full refund less $50 administration fee.
LESS than 14 days before arrival: Forfeited or 1st night
LESS than 48 hours before arrival NO REFUND
High Season: Full payment 4 weeks prior is required and no refund if cancelled once paid.
